Tuesdays and Thursdays. 1-4pm.
Come along to Covent Garden Community Centre – you do need to know how to play Bridge to take part but come and hone your skills!

Participating in Yoga has been shown to relieve stress, improve strength and improve emotional well-being. Classes are suitable for all those interested in Yoga and feeling better within oneself. Workshops are for Over 55s and Carers, for beginners and those with some experience.

All walks start at 1.30pm. Bring your freedom pass. Free.

The Beatles come to Camden! Meet at Euston Railway Station concourse – seats opposite to main ticket office. 

Wed 23 May:
Meet outside Warwick Avenue tube station – nearby benches. The fascinating story of Margareta Berger Hamerschlag, an artist who lived nearby, followed by a walk to Little Venice. 

Wed 13 June:
Meet at Hampstead Cemetery gates, Fortune Green Road NW6. Seasonal walk in Hampstead cemetery – exploring the natural green habitat alongside the Victorian monuments. 

Wed 27 June:

A DAY WITH CLAY
Maiden Lane Community Centre, 156 St Paul’s Crescent, NW1 9XZ
Weekly. 2-4pm.
A day with clay takes your worries way. It’s surprising how peaceful making things in clay can be. Better still if you are doing it alongside some mates. And you don’t have to be artistic to copy other’s ideas either like models, tiles, boxes, or artwork. There is a volunteer supervisor to help and we have a kiln. 

BOCCIA CLASSES

Boccia is a precision ball sport, similar to boules. Beginner or expert – under the guidance of our Boccia tutors – you’ll have a great time.

GENTLE EXCERCISE CLASS

If you haven’t exercised in a while, don’t worry, you can move at your own pace under the guidance of our trained instructor. All welcome.

FEED THE MIND – INSPIRING LUNCTIME TALKS

RODIN AND THE ART OF ANCIENT GREECE
